Harlie's First Camping Trip
Nothing beats making memories like these. The camping experience has definitely changed throughout the years. There is more planning involved, more trips to the bathroom, more hands, feet and faces to wash, more STUFF to pack, and less quiet moments. But the reward is so great watching these kids see and touch and smell all that is great about camping. It brings me back to my own childhood camping trips and all the magic that they brought to summertime. And you know what? It also makes me appreciate my Mom, even more.

The first picture says it all. So many of the memories I have in Yosemite revolve around time spent with Helen (and Clovas). Camping with your cousins is priceless. And I couldn't agree more about appreciating mom even more for braving those 2 weeks in Yosemite with us girls as a single mom. Amazing. So many great memories. Fun being the 'mom' now...feels important. :) Lovely photos Erin, you captured our time together perfectly. :)
